SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Canada & US: Complimentary ground shipping for all orders. After your order has shipped, it will usually arrive within 3-8 business days. Please allow more time for Northern regions and remote areas.
International: Flat rate of $25 for registered air mail. Signatures required. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days for fulfillment during busy periods.
We will gladly accept returns of regular-priced items within 30 calendar days of the shipping date.
Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or otherwise unused, in re-sellable condition. Returns will not be accepted if they do not follow our policy. Regrettably, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer must arrange and pay for return shipping to MyLBD.
Please email us at email@example.com with a return/exchange/refund request with your invoice number prior to sending the item back in order to facilitate prompt customer service. Upon receipt and inspection of a return item, MyLBD will send a notification via email as well as an update regarding the status of the refund. If a refund is approved, and a refund is processed, a credit will be automatically issued to the credit card or original form of payment that the original purchase was made with. Upon approval, refund will be processed within 24 hours.
All sale items are final sale. We do our best to create accurate product descriptions, please contact us prior to your purchase of sale items if you have any questions or concerns.
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged. If an exchange is needed for an item purchased at MyLBD, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org,and we will ensure a prompt exchange of items.
Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the cost of the original shipping and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
