Rectangle Shape

Many models tend to have a rectangle shape, and are able to wear most outfits well. This is one of the easier body types for dressing. A rectangle shape usually does not have a defined waist, hips tend to be similar width as the shoulders, with very little curves on the body. The bust may be on the smaller side, bottom will likely be flat. The goal with a rectangle body shape is to create more curves and a beautiful feminine contour, which can be achieved by defining the waist and creating curves on top or the bottom. Halter neck, open back, 3/4 sleeves, shift dresses, empire line dresses, dropped waist dresses, or dresses with a distinct definition around the waist work amazingly with this silhouette.
